A veteran improviser, actor and writer, Lisa has connected her passion for performing, her expertise in teaching acting, improvisation and writing, and her experience as a consultant to become a corporate communications workshop facilitator, executive presence coach, and storytelling maven. She’s facilitated hundreds of workshops on five continents for over fifteen years.
She has worked for companies across public and corporate sectors, helping new hires, middle managers and executives use more effective communication both internally and externally.
After obtaining her joint Master’s Degrees (MBA & Human Resources/ Industrial Relations), she worked as a consultant in the Human Resources Strategy Group of Deloitte. After leaving corporate life to pursue performing full-time in the summer of 2001, she began facilitating corporate workshops and traveling the world with organizations like The Second City, FairPlay communications, and others.
Blending her love of performing, her experience consulting and her expertise in facilitation of experiential learning, she enjoys working with individuals, teams and large groups alike, finding joy in discovering new insights, ideas, and real connection in the moment.
Lisa relocated to Los Angeles to continue her film and tv career, and has appeared in dozens of films, network and streaming shows, and award-winning short films.
She’s a fantastic facilitator, an incredible coach, and creates safe containers for introspection, risk-taking, and learning something new.
